Delete Account
This page explains how to permanently delete your Lounge account and all associated data.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted within 30 days:

Before You Delete
- If you are a creator with a pending payout balance, request a withdrawal first. Balances in deleted accounts are forfeited after 90 days.
- Active subscriptions you have sold to others will be cancelled immediately.
- This action is irreversible. You cannot recover your account after deletion.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1 — In the App (Recommended)
Open Settings
Tap your profile picture → Settings (gear icon)
Go to Account
Scroll down to "Account" section
Tap "Delete Account"
Read the confirmation message carefully
Confirm Deletion
Enter your password and tap "Delete My Account". Your account will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email Request
If you cannot access the app, send an email to privacy@k22hub.com with:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Your registered email address or username
- A brief statement confirming you want your account deleted
We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email.

ما الذي يُحذف
عند حذف حسابك، تُحذف البيانات التالية بشكل دائم خلال 30 يومًا: الملف الشخصي، المنشورات، الرسائل الخاصة، الرسائل الصوتية، عضويات اللاونجات.
تُحتفظ بسجلات المعاملات المالية لمدة 7 سنوات وفق قانون الأعمال الإماراتي.
طريقة الحذف داخل التطبيق
- افتح الإعدادات ← الحساب
- اضغط "حذف الحساب"
- أدخل كلمة المرور وأكّد الحذف
الحذف عبر البريد الإلكتروني
أرسل طلبًا إلى privacy@k22hub.com مع بريدك الإلكتروني المسجّل. سنعالج طلبك خلال 30 يومًا.
