Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the app → Settings → Subscriptions → tap the creator's name → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions can be cancelled but are non-refundable for the current period. One-time purchases (lounge access, paid messages) are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law. To request a review, email support@k22hub.com.
How do I report a user or content?
Tap the "⋯" (three dots) on any post or profile, then tap "Report". For urgent safety issues, email moderation@k22hub.com directly.
My account was suspended — what do I do?
Email appeals@k22hub.com with your username and a description of the situation. We respond within 7 days.
How do I become a creator?
Open the app → Profile → Become a Creator. You will need to complete Stripe Connect identity verification. You must be at least 18 years old.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored on Supabase (EU region) and AWS infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
