Delete My Data
Request deletion of specific data without closing your Lounge account.
You can request deletion of specific types of data while keeping your account active. This is different from deleting your entire account.
What You Can Request to Delete

How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1 — In the App
- To delete a specific post: tap the "⋯" on the post → Delete
- To delete a message: long-press the message → Delete for Everyone
- To clear search history: Settings → Privacy → Clear Search History
Option 2 — Email Request
For bulk data deletion or types not accessible in-app, email privacy@k22hub.com:
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Your registered email address or username
- Specify exactly what data you want deleted
We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation.
Data Export
You also have the right to receive a copy of your data before deleting it. To request a data export, email privacy@k22hub.com with subject: Data Export Request. We will provide a machine-readable export within 30 days.

ما يمكن حذفه
يمكنك طلب حذف: صورة الملف الشخصي، السيرة الذاتية، المنشورات والتعليقات، الرسائل الخاصة، الرسائل الصوتية، سجل البحث.
لا يمكن حذف سجلات المعاملات المالية (تُحتفظ بها 7 سنوات وفق القانون الإماراتي).

راسل privacy@k22hub.com بعنوان: طلب حذف بيانات، مع بريدك الإلكتروني المسجّل وتحديد البيانات المطلوب حذفها. سنعالج طلبك خلال 30 يومًا.
