Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Lounge, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use Lounge.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Lounge.
• You must be at least 18 years old to become a creator and receive payouts.
• You must not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it. Notify us immediately at support@k22hub.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting on Lounge, you grant Kayan22 FZ LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You are solely responsible for your content. You must not post content that violates our Community Guidelines, infringes third-party rights, or violates applicable law.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscriber Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• One-time purchases (lounge access, paid messages, profile unlocks) are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer law.

5.2 Creator Payouts

• Creators receive 80% of net revenue (after payment processing fees).
• Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. Creators must complete Stripe identity verification.
• Kayan22 FZ LLC retains a 20% platform fee.
• Minimum payout threshold: AED 50. Payouts are processed within 7 business days of request.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Post content prohibited under our Community Guidelines
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Use automated tools to create accounts or inflate engagement
• Impersonate any person, brand, or organisation
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account or by visiting lounge.k22hub.com/delete-account.html.

8. Disclaimers

Lounge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that content posted by other users is accurate or appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kayan22 FZ LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Lounge shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Fujairah Free Zone / Creativity City, United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be referred to the Fujairah courts unless local consumer law requires otherwise.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms with at least 30 days' notice via in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
