Community Guidelines

Effective date: 2026-05-03

Lounge is a place where GCC creators and their communities thrive. We expect everyone — members, creators, moderators — to follow these guidelines.

1. Be Respectful

• Speak with others the way you'd want to be spoken to.
• Disagreements are fine. Personal attacks, slurs, and dehumanising language are not.
• Public shaming, doxxing, or coordinated harassment will result in account removal.

2. No Spam, No Scams

• Do not send unsolicited promotions across lounges or DMs.
• Do not create multiple accounts to inflate engagement.
• Do not impersonate people, brands, or government bodies.
• Do not run pyramid / MLM / "investment opportunity" schemes inside Lounge.

3. Authentic Creators Only

• Use real names or known stage names.
• Disclose paid partnerships in your posts using #sponsored or #مدفوع.
• The Stripe Connect onboarding requires real ID verification — please complete it accurately.
• Selling someone else's content as your own is grounds for permanent removal and forfeiture of pending payouts.

4. Financial Transparency

• Subscribers and buyers see the full price and platform fee before paying.
• Creators must deliver promised content. If you cannot (illness, travel, injury), inform your subscribers.
• One-time purchases are non-refundable except as our Terms allow.
• Suspicious payment patterns may trigger a hold on your wallet pending review.

5. Privacy

• Do not post anyone else's private information (phone, address, ID number, bank details) without their consent.
• Do not share screenshots of private messages without the sender's consent.
• Voice notes are messages, not invitations to record other people.

6. Content Limits

Hard limits — these end accounts immediately:

• Sexual content involving minors
• Content depicting non-consensual sexual acts
• Promotion of terrorism or organised violence
• Sale of stolen goods, firearms, or controlled substances
• Content that violates UAE / KSA / GCC law

Discussed case by case:

• Profanity (acceptable in adult-only spaces)
• Political commentary (allowed when within local law)
• Adult content (explicit content is not permitted)

7. Reporting

Tap the "⋯" on any post or "i" in any conversation to report. Reports go straight to the Kayan22 FZ LLC moderation queue. We aim to action P0 reports within 24 hours, P1 within 72.

8. Appeals

If your account or content is removed and you disagree, email appeals@k22hub.com with your handle and a description. We respond within 7 days.
